"Most of my time here has been very pleasant but as of recent there have been continuous noise issues in the courtyard into late hours of the night and even very early hours of the morning. It is strange that this was not an issue in the summer when there are more reasons to be outside, but that it has become an issue in the past few months this winter. I don’t know if more college undergraduate students have moved in hence the late night activities on weeknights or if non residents have began using the fire pit at night, as I have also seen homeless people sleeping on the couches under the pavilion and using the fire pit there as well."

"I lived here for three years, and I adored my apartment. The windows are so huge it's actually absurd, and while the living space is old, it's beautiful and in good shape. The green courtyard makes for a good community and a chance to make friends with your neighbors, especially if you're a young professional or in grad school. Maintenance is really fast as well. Highly recommend!"

"I lived at Cameron Court in an apartment with the Princeton floor plan for about 8 months from Oct. 2022-May 2023. I likely would’ve renewed my lease had I not taken an opportunity to move across the country. The apartments are beautiful, my dog loved sunbathing in the courtyard (photo included), and I loved the proximity to downtown and Hillsborough. The big main drawback for me was living on the first floor. Because the building is old, the floors are really squeaky. I could hear every move my upstairs neighbor made, including very late at night or at 4 or 5 am. I also got ants in my kitchen in the spring, though maintenance was quick to send someone and then I never saw them again. The maintenance team generally is incredible and always addressed my issues within 24 hours. Laundry is free and shared in the basement, which was fine for the most part, but of course you have the occasional person who leaves their stuff in there all day. Overall, though, I really liked it and I miss it."

"I have lived in the Shelton Apartments for almost 6 years now, and have genuinely loved it. They are older buildings... so expect the normal "older building issues"... but it is completely made up for by the charm. The community is safe and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the neighbors are fantastic! Definitely recommend :-)"
