"The mattress was disappointing as it was nothing more than a cheap thin mattress on a cot-like frame. The blankets were thin and uncomfortable. The pillows were the worst part. Most hotels have 4 per bed. There were only 2, and they were so unbearably thin it was ridiculous. Even when folded in half they were lacking."

"Run away from this place! Don’t even waste your time, I booked through a third party host with an inaccurate listing, and upon arriving was greeted by a weekly rate hotel that doesn’t even have warm water in rooms. The beds are on temporary frames, the hotel smells terrible, and the rooms are filthy. They tried to run our card before we looked at the room, but we refused to put a card on file after the long term residents told us to basically run. When we went to check the rooms available - there was hair in the bed, an unkept/unclean room, and it smelled terrible in there. They offered to refund us if we went through the third party after we our concerns up to them about safety and hygiene but declined when the third party reached out. I’d rather lose the $100+ dollars than to ever stay there which is saying a lot. Save yourself the trouble and just book a better hotel. We ended up at the new tru by Hilton closer to town and we’re very happy with the our stay. ALSO: You have to call to check in because the office is locked as well."

"The property was chosen due to being extended stay and we wanted something home like. Upon checking in, we were greeted by an older female. The female started going through the motions. She then made a face and continued making the face when she found out we were staying for a night. She kept reiterating that this was an extended stay hotel. I said ma'am we are staying here for a wedding. She then reiterated that it was an extended stay hotel. She stopped checking us in to text on her cellphone and completely ignored us for about 2 minutes. The company charged my card prior and she proceeded to charge it once more although we told her I had paid. Upon receiving the key card, we went to the room to find it unkept in the bathroom. We removed the bedding and found a dead bug. When my boyfriend went to the front to ask for another room, I observed a roach climb the wall. The lady came back and was very unprofessional after I said I would like a refund. She slammed things and said well I can't rent the room now. She proceeded to contact her manager and the manager refused to give me a refund as she lied and said we were in the room for an hour. Proceeded to ask what we were doing. We had been unloading luggage and went searching once we saw the dirty sink and dead bug. After calling her out on lying, she issued a refund. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to and the lady at the front desk is unprofessional and rude even when you are respectful."

"I have never left a review, but the experience at this hotel was appalling. I brought my family with me for a work visit. We arrived at just after midnight September 15th, 2023. It took over 20 minutes to be seen at the front desk for check in. Once we got to our room, lack of cleanliness understates what awaited. It was not so much what was filthy as it was being able to find anything that was clean. We noted at least 7-10 cockroaches as soon as we walk in the room scurrying away as if we had encroached on their living space. The restroom condition reminded me of visits to third world countries during deployments. I was concerned for the health of my family and within 5 minutes of getting to our room we decided to see if another location would have vacancy at now past 1:00 AM. When I reported the unacceptable nature of the room to the front desk there was no apologies, no follow ups for cleaning, just a half efforted "Would you like to change rooms?" We went to the Holiday Inn that was very close to this location and the staff there went above and beyond to give us additional discounts to aid with the fact that we had to find last minute lodging. We have yet to get refunded for this disastrous evening. I don't ask for much in lodging- Is there a bed to sleep in, is the room clean, is it not sweltering hot. WoodSpring Suites came nowhere near even the lowest of standards. This speaks volumes to the culture, and everyone who is a part of this location should be embarrassed."
