"Management will do anything to charge you fees. I would not recommend anyone to live here especially with how much they nickel and dime you. Everyone in the office is unhelpful and unwilling to work with you on issues, especially amber cays."

"My past experience with Wade Park was great. The highpoint : The maintenance crew always available for any requests. The office team was always welcoming. I enjoyed the community activities especially the Food Trucks and the mobile blood bank. Walking distance to a few restaurants, a salon. & Nail Bar. PNC Arena is also in walking distance. The low points: The astounding increase of rental rate over the past three years. The malfunctioning of the security gate. If not for the astonishing rental rate increase in 2021 and 2022, I definitely would have stayed in the rental unit. Parking was very limited especially for visitors. Last is the issue of dog dedication around the property."

This salon is the cleanest and most sanitary! As always, excellent experience- most calm and relaxing gel mani and pedicure! I highly recommend this nail salon."

"The staff is great; Office workers are friendly and understanding of issues and maintenance is quick, friendly and courteous. The neighborhood has seen recent upgrades and is well maintained. We have great neighbors and, generally, most people in the community are very kind and friendly. MAA as a company? Disapprove. My rent increased 15 percent after my first year and another 20 percent this past year, which is absurd considering the amount of units available on the property and new units being built in the immediate area. It’s a convenient location, sure, but you also have to deal with children at Cardinal Gibbons driving through the neighborhood like maniacs, parking where they shouldn’t, hitting residents’ cars and driving away, as well as their parents who block traffic thinking the neighborhood is their personal carpool lane. Then there’s the “children” who are residents, but I guess you will have that anywhere. I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years with my two young daughters. We’re respectful of the property and our neighbors and support the businesses in the complex. We really do like it here overall. But with the rent increases it’s unsustainable. If it wasn’t hard enough juggling everything being a single parent I would’ve moved by now."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I moved from NY and the staff who assisted me with the initial process were great. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Outside was always well kept. Maintenance was always very responsive and nice whenever I had an issue. The noise level was also good. Honestly this is one of the best apartment / living experiences that I’ve had. I would have definitely renewed my lease, but I moved back to NY and let me tell you I wish I could have had this apartment at Wade here in NY. Honestly the best. Thank you to the staff and thank you for a wonderful living experience!"
