"This rental property mgt and workers are the most unprofessional i know. Any maintenance job they do is either haphazard...unprofessional ... low grade and might not be done at all. The main guy is very very rude and low in all his dealings with the tenants. My star review of them is zero. I only placed one bc I cannot post without choosing a star."

"Oh God No!, Im from Michigan. Moving to North Carolina is very exciting until i went to apply for an apartment here. I seen two units and both had roaches, one unit had a very pungent mold odor and im not racist at all but ,there seem to be Hispanic people heavily populated in the building. The management office is ran by Hispanic women with serious attitudes, ill save myself the trouble and pass on this place...Word of advice "you get what you paid for"...if you're from Michigan, California, or any west or Midwest state coming to North Carolina let this place be the last place you rent from. Its almost like you can feel the dishonesty in the management office. I would love to see their eviction record, just imagine renting from this place, then having issues, then ending up in court. NO THANKS! Ill Pass❤"

"This is sad to say I am a single parent I rent an apartment from Bergman's and now I feel I am being harassed. I been here since March and it seems I keep getting noise complaints when I live by a school and a busy highway. I can literally hear everything outside as well as my neighbors. They neighbors will block my driveway I have pictures but never complained. As long as I been staying here why I'm receiving complaints every other day. I live in a duplex apartment beside Hispanics 1st they were calling the police to my home. They didn't give me no ticket, no police report, they even checked my home and nothing they said someone called reporting a fight. Which was a lie. I think it's time to get a legal party involved. I was just in a hit and run wreck I had to undergo surgery. This is not right. Too much stress"

"Beginning to see as other reviews say about only renting to latino's. My application was approved an was told since I didn't get place originally applied for it could be used for another two bedroom. I asked to be put in for next newest one and told give them 1wk.. 3wks later still don't have the place nor phone call. Lady kinda had an attitude cause I called to check.. Things do seem quite shady cause never see anyone other then latino's. Shame though they missed out on a good tenant."
