"We moved our daughter in August 12..the apartment smelled of DOG, blinds not on the windows, stove inoperable, bathroom inadequate, carpets not changed out, etc. My concern centers around management, how can you rent an apartment not up to par but expecting the tenant to have all their ducks in a row. The manager is very elusive when trying to solve problems. My suggestion is if you have another choice go that route because if classes were not starting on the 14th we would have moved on from this complex. There is NO explanation or excuse for this horrific situation, no one should be lured into a mess of this sort..by the way we're still trying to rectify this mess."

"i wish i could give -1 star because i would. especially after the new owner. he SUCKS!! 6 cars were broken into and i asked him what was he going to do about it and his response was “do about what”. he’s rude and very unprofessional. they have tow trucks just sit in the parking lot waiting to tow someone. i told management my key fob was stolen when the ppl broke into my car and they said you still have to pay for a new one. All they care about is getting your money. they don’t care about you or your safety."

"A More Than Disappointing Experience If I could give less than one star I would. Ive had the unfortunate experience of renting an apartment at Campus Crossing/Cadence At RTP, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. From the moment I moved in, it became evident that this place was far from what I expected. First and foremost, the management team was incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. I encountered various issues during my tenancy, ranging from having to get rid of my cat that I had for 4 years because they messed up my lease. (it was a sublease when I first moved in) Maintenance was okay but the staff at the time was strange, uncomfortable, and unhelpful. It seemed like the complex couldn't care less about the residents concerns. Granted, the complex has been bought out and is under new management, the experience got no better. The overall condition of the apartment was subpar. I applied multiple times to have my carpet replaced and walls repainted; since I was moving in as a sublease the apartment came as is. These things were never done. The walls are thin as paper, I literally mean you can hear someone drop a pen from the outside of your apartment AND I could hear every single noise from neighboring units. I even had my fair share of calling the police multiple times for noise complaints. Mind you—that the security guards at the front of the complex did nothing about this and neither did the complex, although in the lease it states that you were not allowed to have parties. Not to mention—this complex has been in the news more than once for multiple shootings that happened inside of the complex. I am currently on medication for PTSD from the shooting that happened right in front of my building because neighbors were having a party. And the complex did nothing about it. Not only that, but a whole three-bedroom apartment… may their souls rest in peace. My point being the security at this complex sucks! Granted they tried and put up a gate and hired security for the gate, the security guards at the gate let anyone in and do not even write down license plates. And when you really need someone at the gate, like say, you have a DoorDash delivery, no one is there to let the Dasher in. So you have to walk all the way to the front of the complex gate to meet your Dasher and get your order. It’s impossible to get a good night's sleep or even enjoy a moment of peace and quiet. ***Me and my roommate had issues with our dryer and did not get a new one until the day before we moved out. Despite submitting multiple repair requests, nothing was ever fixed properly. And even now they have hired college students as maintenance staff. Now, let's talk about the cleanliness—or should I say lack thereof. The common areas were perpetually dirty, with trash piling up at the hallways and the dumpster with odor that went throughout the complex. It was clear that the management had no interest in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for the residents. Parking was another nightmare. The complex constantly let tow companies come in and tow residents cars even though they have a parking pass and are parked in the correct area. And parking is always full from visitors parking in resident spaces. Somehow visitors cars never got towed. Worst of all, even after all these faults, the rent wasn’t bad until the complex was bought out, and the rent went up, which made the apartment complex completely ridiculous for the quality of the apartment and the services provided. The value for money was simply non-existent. In conclusion, my experience at blood ridden Campus Crossing or hustling Cadence at RTP was nothing short of a complete nightmare that I feel like I just woke up from! From unresponsive management to shoddy/creepy maintenance, noise issues, cleanliness problems, parking difficulties, and lack of security, this place proved to be a complete letdown. I strongly advise anyone considering renting here to look elsewhere. RUN DO NOT WALK!! Sincerely an Ex-Resident."

"I was towed at this location when I was in the correct area. They gave no notice on their parking policy and being a visitor I parked where I was told and was towed. The security there is kind, and informative. But the place itself is awful. The person I was visiting had to take legal action against them after they stole their money. I heard stories on how they don't fix things. I've even had to come by and fix my friends issues myself. Sure the living arrangement are decent, but the price is too high. Trying to find a place to park is a time game, and you may end up walking a country mile. Overall I would not want anyone I care about living here, and I pray this gets to someone so they do not share the same fate. 0/5⭐"
