Reviews
"Martha and Rod are excellent with people and their needs. They know what they are doing."
"To the apartment manager Martha, and Rod. They did great with the maintenance and a great job with the apartment. They care about people."
"Mrs Carol Waters is extremely competent, compassionate and professional as property manager. She was helpful with navigating the various websites implemented in the application process, and quite knowledgeable of the area, and services necessary for residency in these units. Mrs. Waters’ skills were exceptional in assessing the floor plan specific to my needs. I hope to have a long-standing relationship at The Edge thanks to Mrs. Waters, and hope also that she is appreciated as the corporate asset that she is."
"The renovations are beautiful and the property location is close to all things Durham. Close to the Duke campus as well as Duke medical center. So many cool dining spots. Check out Grub, a Durham staple in cool spots."
"Spiteful Lying Property Manager, Harassing Children and Tenants That, Are Disabled and Really Can't Speak Up For Themselves In Life, So She Preys on There Weakness es. She Threw Out Disabled Tenants Days Before Thanksgiving, NOT BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT, BUT THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING THEIR SUBSIDIES ANY LONGER, BUT DIDN'T HAVE ANY COMPASSION TO WAIT UNTIL THE HOLIDAYS PASSED. THEY PAD LOCKED DOORS DAYS BEFORE THANKSGIVING, SOME DIDN'T HAVE THANKSGIVING DINNER, BECAUSE THEY HAD TO LIVE IN CARS, BECAUSE THE SHELTERS WERE FULL. SHE'S AN EVIL LYING SPITEFUL ROBOT WITH NO FEELING."
