"If I could leave a -1000 for ViceRoy apartments I would!! Please run far away from ViceRoy apartments. From 2020-2023 that building been under 3 different property management companies. There is no consistency or effective communication between tenants and property managers. They’re roach infested and it’s been a nightmare to get maintenance request done!! There is always a new property manager for ViceRoy every 3-6 months it changes. I wish Acorn and Oak never sold this building because, they’re communication was on point with the tenants and maintenance team was great! Overall please stay far away from ViceRoy!!!!!!"

"I have lived here for six or seven years and since this new management started nothing has been done regarding the roach infestation. When you put a maintenance request in, they put completed on the request even though it hasn't. Our oven is not working and I put a maintenance order in, maintence came said he would be back Monday and we haven't seen him since. When 3 Points and Acorn & Oaks managed the property, the apartments were taken care of. Now it is a slum! Halls are dirty, lights in hallway don't work sometimes and roach infested badly! With rent being high, this place is not worth it!"

"There's bugs, trash everywhere bad neighbors and just a junky street to begin with. The building gets sold every other month because clearly they dont want to own this junk..the maintenance never comes when promised and the bugs are getting worse and worse"
