"This is an okay community. I’ve been here a few months and was hesitant to come here based on other reviews but took the chance anyways. While it’s not the worst place I’ve lived at, the cons are starting to build. It’s generally well maintained. The lawns are always cut, buildings are in fair conditions. There aren’t any issues with trash. The staff honestly is very lovely and they do lots of events. Maintenance team is super responsive. I really like the amenities as far as the co-working spaces, the on-site restaurant, and the fitness center is really nice. As for the cons, the actual design of this build is poor. The living room is very small, I had to purchase a cupboard because there’s no built in pantry. Bathrooms are small, there’s very little closet space. I’ve made it work but it’s not ideal. There is dog waste everywhere, it’s very hard to walk through the grass as you’re guaranteed to step in something. I’m constantly having to fend off earwigs and silverfish, they just don’t stop coming out of the ceiling. The walls are pretty thin so I can hear my neighbor’s conversations, their cabinets, when they’re showering, etc. It hasn’t been excessively disturbing but it’s a thing. Biggest problem is they have zero controlled parking and the structure of it is terrible. It’s better if you have a garage (which doesn’t fit anything larger than a small sedan), but if you live in the apartments or in a townhouse on the corners, good luck finding parking on busier nights. Especially if you live by an apartment building as they genuinely do take over everything. When I brought this to their attention their answer was “it’s first come, first serve and that’s just how it is and we won’t change it” - and I guarantee that’s how they’ll respond to this - even though they did create a few reserved parking spaces for another area in the community that had this same problem, and they’re getting ready to roll out permits apparently to keep a separate apartment community from parking over here. They refuse to do anything beyond that which is really bizarre considering most townhome communities have assigned parking, and a lot of apartment communities at least offer a few reserved parking spaces. They did offer to work with me an transfer fees to move to a townhouse with a garage, but I would still have to come out of pocket for moving costs and pay the higher rent for one, which are currently over $2k. Overall this place is nice for what it is, but there could be quite a few improvements to it."

"Been living here for the last year & few months. Can say my experience in literally every single aspect has been top notch! Even the management has been unbelievable towards me, ridiculously understanding and have worked with me every chance they have gotten. Neighbors are great, everything is amazing. Isn’t 1 place in RDU that i’d want to rent from, you get the best experience here in every aspect. Delaney doesn’t even deserve the credit i’m giving her, she’s beyond that!! Does her job to a T & goes above and beyond to help situations, truthfully wouldn’t want anyone else in a management over this hard working women. Beautiful experience for me & i’ll be continuing to rent until i decide to be more responsible one day & own a house haha"

"I have lived at LC Brier Creek for over 2 years now and have NEVER had a single issue here! My apartment is the perfect size for me and has modern finishes, which I love! There is an on-site restaurant, which is the ideal place to hangout with friends or to grab a coffee on my way to work! The leasing staff is phenomenal! They respond faster than any other leasing office. They go above and beyond to address resident concerns/ questions, all while being professional and extremely friendly! They plan events each month for residents to enjoy and send out messages to the entire community with any updates or reminders to be aware of. Delaney is such an asset to the LC Brier Creek team. She has been so helpful throughout the time I have lived here. I also feel very safe here, especially since there is an on-site officer to monitor the community. The maintenance staff is also incredible! They address any work order requests within 48 hours! I can't rave about this community enough! I plan on staying at LC Brier Creek for a long time and would recommend this community to anyone!"

"I cannot speak for living experience here as I just moved in…. However, I will note that I have not come across an unpleasant person in the office. Everyone is over the top helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. Delaney is the office employee that I in particular worked with and she was so sweet! She got me in the perfect apartment quickly, and was extremely receptive to any of my concerns or questions along the way. Looking forward to a year with LC brier creek and perhaps beyond.
