Morever, Brier Creek Commons with its unique specialty shops, entertainment and restaurants is whithin walking distance. The manager and leasing office team are friendly, with Brittney and Lee-Ann, being particularly beyound kind, professional and helpful.They make you feel like it's a home not just an apartment you are renting. "MAA is a large company with apartment complexes in several different cities, and thus each facility is not left to the whims of local management. Their policies are fair and aimed at providing a stress-free residential experience. Their maintenance staff is quite proficient and responds quickly to repair requests. Rental pricing has risen significantly post-pandemic, but that is a national issue. Our apartment has the largest square footage of any apartments in our area, but at equivalent pricing of smaller apartments. Soundproofing to eliminate neighbor noise is excellent. I’m aware of some remodeling of apartments being upgraded to more modern decor. Appliances are top quality brands including washer/dryer, and microwave ovens, something often missing in other apartment complexes. We’ve lived in an MAA apartment for 3 years as retirees and would recommend the company to any other retirees who want to escape the high expenses of maintenance of a house too large."

"Preserve WAS a great community when we moved in however the last 6-8 months it has been an absolute disaster! The outside is absolutely dirty, you'll see cockroaches crawling around everywhere. People will be outside on the stairs smoking weed. The fire alarm went off the other day in the middle of the night. I am glad my lease is up next month."
