"I have recently been looking to relocate to the Durham area and came across this apartment complex during my search. At first, the front office receptionist, assistant manager or whomever it is that handles the application process, seemed to be helpful. However I am beginning to see that either she does not like her job, or simply does not sincerely care to help applicants in trying to determine eligibility. She does not disclose all of the financial requirements in the beginning when a person is inquiring about this place (even when asked)..much of that information is conveniently withheld until after the application fee is paid (go figure). There is little to no interest is making sure an individual is properly screened for eligibility. It’s a rush job at best. For instance, I was told that I had not submitted information that had already been submitted. I was also not made aware that self-employed persons are income verified in different ways until after she tried to tell me I was ineligible based on incomplete paperwork. So now, I will have to continue to reach out and hopefully get this issue resolved. Part of me doesn’t even want to anymore because if there’s already issues during the application process, there’s no telling what it’s like to actual live out there. I guess it’s too much these days to ask that your application for housing be properly handled. People just want to live somewhere decent at the end of the day."

"TERRIBLE THE WHOLE COMMUNITY IS GHETTO AND OVERPRICED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A DOG TO STAY HERE ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND BAD UNMANAGEABLE KIDS! The maintenance people are very nice and the new lady Tawayna is very nice she is new and already very helpful."

"This year had been the best year here. Kelly was absolutely the most supportive, professional property manager yet. Her assistant Pat Green was very hands on and supportive with important communication issues with housing, maintanance needs and very caring and giving with the residents and our children. Maintenance has been on time and very professional with everything. No gunshots experienced this year."

They listen to us as residents, make sure we are good, Kelly goes to bat for us when something’s wrong. I mean what more can you ask for? The office staff is great, both have big welcoming smiles! Kelly is awesome and we are so glad she came to our property! Kat is so cool and brings such a good energy to the office! With them being here, they have a chance to impact this community is good ways! With them loving us makes us love our home more!"
