"I went into this store this morning around 11:30. The two ladies working in there were very nice and helpful. They continued conversation with my wife and I the whole time we were in the store. They didn’t have the team I was looking for, but it was definitely an enjoyable experience. I believe their names were J (the lady with the long dreads) and D(I think that’s what I heard her answer to). But 10/10 I will be back in that store especially if those two ladies are there. Great customer service!"

"Visited this location at around 6 PM today. They were having a hat and beanie sale. They have a large variety of hat brands and teams. My husband loved quite a few but unfortunately their credit card system was down. The employee that was working was super friendly and helpful and offered to put them on hold for him so that he could go back tomorrow and purchase them when their system was back up and running. Dispite the inconvenience, the gentleman was extremely helpful and made sure that we were happy when we left."

"I went there to buy a hat, but I lost money. The manager told me that since I was buying two hats, I could get a 20% discount. Not only was that a lie, but he added more to the bill than I asked for. Charge me more for double-color embroidery when I only wanted one color, and charge me $10 for the "Access Pass Premium." So it wasn't the two hats that gave me the 20% discount; it was the fact that he charged me $10 for the Access Pass Premium. On top of that, they told me that they couldn't print out a receipt and that it would have to be sent to me by email. This is why I didn't see it when I was shopping. Take note that he said he was "Manager." Since I was on vacation, I can't just drive to the store and ask for my money back. You should be ashamed LIDS! Note: I talked to a manager in my area about it, and he said that if you buy the Access Pass Premium, they get a cut of the sale. This makes it clear why the other manager is trying to scam people. "I had the same experience with other reviewers with the store not being open when the hours say it would be. My son bought a hat but needed to exchange it. We were headed back to GA and got there at 10:30 figuring it opens at 11:00 like it says on a Saturday. An employee parked beside us, a young male in his 20's, got out of his car and went in for about 20 minutes. Then he came out, drove away and never came back. Finally, at 11:30, I called the outlet number and she said they were supposed to be open and didn't know why they wouldn't be. During this time there were MANY people walking by attempting to get in but the doors were locked. This is absolutely unacceptable! Whoever is in charge of putting the wrong hours on the door and then not being open during those times needs to get it together! We ended up just leaving at 11:45 and was unable to exchange the hat as we do not have a LIDS close to us. The employee that left knew we were waiting to get in and he at least could have said something to us if he didn't plan on coming back! This business will be under new leadership soon if they don't get it together."

"Amazing. Love the work they do and the selection they offer. Plus having something custom to your style is always a positive. Can't wait for my other hat to come in. I now own the rights to the digitalization of my M.C. emblem. Love this place.Love the work these guys do."
