"Food City is pretty much what you expect. It is reliable, pretty clean and associates are polite and helpful. I don't understand why they don't have a bell or something in the seafood area...often I wait while employees are just talking to each other; each time I leave without an extra seafood item. Love the orange slices in the fruit section."
"Food City never has empty shelves or supply chain shortages even back in 2020 and so they stole my loyalty from another grocer of 40 years for ALWAYS having what I need. One stop at Food City and my grocery shipping is DONE!"
"Updating my review, I gave this Food city 5 stars when they first opened. Unfortunately this location hasn't kept up it's standards. The most frustrating part is all the expired items on the shelves!! Check those dates on everything at this location, I have found more expired than not expired items on shelves. The employees seem uninterested in helping customers. For me it's only a stop when I can't get to another grocery store. There is a CNB branch inside for those that use that bank."
"My first time at Food City in Gatlinburg was nothing less than exceptional. The produce, meat, and seafood departments were first rate. I'm talking burger sets, thick cut steaks, and sweet 10/15 ct shrimp. Not to mention great prices."
"So clean. We don't have these in Florida. I've never seen a store like this. The staff was great. I was telling the employee there that I'm from Florida and I'm evacuating and she wished us well. I was so happy with this experience I would definitely go back, not to mention it's SO CLEAN."
