"Not worth the price. Outdated and unsafe dog park (really wide spaced bars). If your dog is under ~16-20 pounds they are going right though those bars. I reported this upon installation and it was never fixed. The odd thing is the pool fence bars ARE much closer together. Mini poodles, schnauzers, frenchies, pomeranians, terriers, dachshunds, chihuahuas, shih tzus, yorkies, Maltese, lhasas, etc, can never use this park safely. It is by Duke St, a very busy road. Considering it's a non refundable $350 pet fee AND $20+/monthly pet rent, you can pick a place with proper safe dog fencing. There are multiple small dogs here. It is sad. The insulation or weather stripping around the patio door was full of holes. I stuck a ruler through it from the outside. Now I know how those huge 3 inch wood roaches snuck in. Who knows where else here is not sealed in this unit. There was a huge hole behind the bathroom mirror causing a severe draft (see pics). The pipes are not properly insulated so froze one year. The stove hood fan/light has gone out and now the poor maintenance man has said the wiring is not done right for this unit. The refrigerator clicks like it's dying. The cabinets sit too low over the counter to place anything. A microwave, a knife block, a blender, a 2 tier fruit bowl...you can't put any of that on your kitchen counter because of the hanging cabinets. There is no washer or dryer. If you pick building B there is a chain smoker so you will almost never be able to open your glass door. Every building has smokers but this one is multiple times a day. The complex is quiet & close to everything. Only benefits. Beware this complex will want 3 months notice to vacate. Everywhere else asks 1-2 months notice. They are awful. I told them in Dec 2023 I was not renewing my lease after Feb 29th, 2024. They have since sent multiple emails demanding I pay for March 2024 even though my lease ends in Feb 2024 and I am leaving MID February. They posted the unit for April 2024 in Jan instead of March. They are trying to force another month on me instead of finding a new tenant. It is gross. This is after I paid rent on time for 3 years. Terrible for renters. You could do worse but also a lot better. If you have a small dog I urge you to look at that wide fence before picking this place. I've included pics of the wide fence."

"I’ve been living here for a couple months now, and I’ve had such a great experience! It’s a really quiet complex (I’ve hardly ever heard my neighbors), and maintenance is really great. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they always fix it really quickly and follow up. If there’s ever an issue, they communicate with me to make sure I know what’s going on."

To me customer service is everything and they offer top notch customer service. The property is very well maintained,, which is so important to me. She was friendly, efficient, and answered all of our immediate concerns. The maintenance man, Barry was helpful and nice as well. Def would recommend this property and staff to anyone looking as the prices are reasonable and service A+."
