Camden Durham Apartments

"I am a resident at Camden Durham and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is so helpful and kind. The managers are great. The apartments are beautiful, and the location is amazing. I would note that the apartment complex has not been completed, so there is some construction activity and equipment around the grounds. I have not been bothered by this, but someone could be disrupted. For me, the minor inconvenience is outweighed by the positives of the community. I would highly recommend Camdeb Durham."

"We didn't have a pre-scheduled appointment and just walked in and everyone was still so nice and accommodating! We got recommendations right away for apartments that met our budget and other preferences, toured the place and signed the lease the same day. We are looking forward calling Camden our home beginning January. Very grateful for the experience"

"Although me and my girlfriend chose to go with another property in the downtown area, we both want it to be known that we appreciate Karen's patience and kindness with us. We were both wearing sweatpants and crocs and went to the Van Allen across the street first. Upon entering we were looked at up and down by the person at the front desk who appeared to be shocked that we were there to tour a unit. We both felt the vibe and decided to go elsewhere. We walked across the street and met Karen who looked us right in our eyes and greeted us and could care less about what we were wearing. Thank you Karen!"
