"DO NOT APPLY TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD!!! I recently moved out December 9th because I couldn’t get ANYONE to fix my air condition or heat since June 1st. My air wasn’t working in the heat of the summer nobody came to fix it and I could BARELY get anyone on the phone. I put in 2 orders, wrote letters and called to no success. FINALLY when I had a day off i went to the office which was locked during open hours and knocked until i got them to open it. I was told i would get a unit and it never came until right at the beginning of fall. I told them we needed heat at this point because it’s about to start getting cold and they said “sorry it won’t be gettying fixed any time soon”. Now that I’ve moved I can’t get anybody on the phone to give me my deposit back which I am OWED!! Don’t even get me started on the TERRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION. Literally had to throw everything away and start from scratch. It’s new office personnel CONSTANTLY AS WELL. WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE EVER!!"

"WORD OF STRONG ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM HERE..DO NOT APPLY. It is such a very long story! Moved here April last year discovered rats!! In abundance!! Videos to prove it! They gave me a month free. They worked diligently to correct. They did. I stayed. A few months ago, new company brought apartment complex, fired everyone, wouldn't answer phones, return phone calls or fix our issues. City was called by many of us. To date, nothing has been fixed (rats have returned, roaches have appeared-we did have regular exterminator. It's now non existing. Hence roaches AND BIG ONES!! DO NOT APPLY HERE. Vandalism, bursting pipes, heck pick a problem. Now granted, they have since hired people to atleast keep the property upkept, but their lack of professionalism and lack of communication is maddening. Icing on the cake: A shooting today at 2:12 pm in the BUILDINGS across the parking lot on the opposite side of my building. Due to "new faces" that I know do not live here. As I am typing, we have just now been able to go out and come in. Last shooting, Christmas Eve last year. One dead, one injured because someone wanted money. I'm leaving here and NEVER looking back. I suggest you just don't look."
