"I have lived here for over 2 years and plan to stay an additional 2. Great location, great apartment (i recently moved into an updated unit). I love the GIANT balcony. Staff is quick & kind. Love for Jonathan, Belle, and Ralph. Common spaces could be kept a little cleaner, but they do their best:) My doggies and i love it here."
"The location is amazing! It only takes 15-19 minutes by walk from the building that I take classes. Also, it is a safe area. I never felt insecure when I used to live there. The drawbacks of this apartment are long-legs spiders that looks like a top of a tomato and messy laundromat."

The people are very nice and try their best to help with any issues. I would definitely recommend. They are very understanding and great people to have as management. I love my space!!"
"We lived in the University Apartment during our first year in Chapel Hill. My husband goes to UNC, so this apartment is super close to the campus and also downtown. There are many event in the downtown during the weekend and usually no buses running, but you can just walk for 8-10 minutes from here. We loved our room with the balcony that is just nice to sit and relax. The staffs are super nice, helpful and work quickly. Too bad we had to move since we have a kid and needed a bigger space. Definitely recommend this apartment especially if you are single or with partner."
"Update: I think the new management has not done as a good job as the previous ones. Lack of communication in telling you about moving your car. Very dirty staircases. Entrance doors that don't work. Very strict on the rules. Charges you $110 upon departure even though you've lived there four years. I've had a good experience here, though I know there are some complaints. Top complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, so sometimes it's a negotiation with your neighbor. But otherwise I've really enjoyed staying here. Management is really nice if you treat them nicely as well. They're receptive to certain suggestions. For example I asked them to remove old bikes that were cluttering up the rack, and they did so the following week. Finally the location is amazing as I often just walk to Franklin St, where you have even a wider selection of buses to choose from."
