"My experience with The Edition on Rosemary has been nothing short of a nightmare. As a student tenant, I was excited about moving into this apartment building starting in September 2023 when I signed a lease for the 24/25 school year, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment and frustration. The first red flag was when they delayed the original move-in date of August 19 until October 1. While delays can be understandable, it's the complete lack of communication and transparency that truly baffles me. A mere week and a half before the supposed move-in date, we received an email stating that the building would not be ready, but they didn't provide any updated move-in date. This left us in the dark, scrambling to make last-minute arrangements. What's even more infuriating is that we are paying full rent for a single bedroom and bathroom, yet we've been forced to share hotel rooms. This is not what we signed up for, and it feels like a complete breach of our lease agreement. It's incredibly unfair to expect us to pay full rent for accommodations that don't meet the standards we were promised. To add insult to injury, we were asked to vacate the hotel on two occasions, once for a weekend (Friday to Sunday) and another time for a whole week (Tuesday to Friday) because the rooms were already booked. The management provided no alternative accommodations, leaving us to fend for ourselves. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the substantial financial commitment we've made to live at The Edition on Rosemary. Overall, my experience has been marred by a complete lack of communication, unmet promises, and a disregard for the welfare of tenants. I strongly advise prospective tenants to think twice before signing a lease with this establishment, as my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and disappointed."

The uncertainty, constant changes, and lack of communication from The Edition have caused significant anxiety and stress among the affected students. It is unconscionable that a company would be so indifferent to the well-being of its tenants. Furthermore, the way The Edition has handled this situation has been nothing short of abysmal. Their communication has been sporadic at best, and they have provided little to no reassurance or compensation for the inconvenience and hardship they've caused. It is clear that they have failed in their duty to provide a safe, comfortable, and timely living environment for their tenants. In summary, my experience with The Edition has been a nightmare. They have not only ruined our semester but also caused severe mental health issues, wasted our time, and drained our finances. Their poor handling of the situation has demonstrated a complete lack of concern for their tenants' well-being. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from The Edition to think twice and explore other options. This has been an utterly disappointing and frustrating ordeal, and I would give them one star only because zero stars is not an option."
