Joan made it so so easy on me, she was quick to have answers to any questions I had and you can genuinely tell that she cares about her job and her residents !! This is obviously the first time I’m dealing with an apartment complex, but I am absolutely blown away from how great I’ve been treated through this process ! Thank you vivo living, but more importantly, thank you Joan !!!!"

"I’ve lived alone for the past seven years of my life and all apartments come with ups and downs! All I can say is Joan is the best apartment manager I have ever dealt with. Any issue I had she was attentive and made sure that it was fixed as soon as it could be! Everything can’t always be perfect but Joan strived to make it as best as she could for sure. "I would NOT move here! They don’t fix any issues when you request. I’ve been asking for window screens since move in. Still have none! I asked for my doors to be sealed because they have a heavy rat and mice infestation issue. Still no resolve. I have encountered 3 mice and 1 rat in my home. They don’t hire professionals they came out put down 2 sticky traps to never stay on top of the infestation, to make sure they were cleaned out nothing. This has been an issue with mice and rats since July here we are in Oct/Nov and the issue has gotten worse. NC law states that landlords are supposed to provide a pest free environment. They have NOT provided that!"

"I for sure would NOT move here. There have been so many issues since moving here in the beginning of November. The first issue was the leasing agent and maintenance went into my apartment without contacting me!! No email, phone call or nothing! The only reason I was notified was because I went into the office to pick up mail and the property manager is like “oh as a matter of fact, we went into your apartment”. Like what?!?! You don’t just go into someones apartment without notifying them!! My key lock went dead. The emergency maintenance number they give you in the lease doesn’t even call this complex. It’s for another complex in California that has no relations to this property. I had to get a hotel room because I couldn’t access my apartment and couldn’t get in contact with anybody. I got locked out at 5pm on Sunday. They didn’t access my until until 10:30 the next day!! Then today, the ceiling completely collapsed!!! Like what??? This is something they should have inspected before buying the property! Everything in my kitchen is damaged!! I can’t even stay in my own “place of peace” and this happens on Christmas Eve! They said this is the 4th unit that’s happened to. To make matters even worse, the property manager left without calling me, emailing me or letting me know an action plan!! Completely unprofessional!! Stay away from this place!! This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had!!"
