"I moved into this property 12/2019. The pool has NEVER worked since living there so I'm not sure why it is even listed as an amenity. Several maintenance issues inside the apartment including a month old broken toilet. The property managers and owners change every couple of months so no consistency there and the apartments are overpriced for them not to be updated."

"Definitely do not recommend. They allow just amyone to stay here. Their residents have guest that steals cars it’s not a safe neighborhood I don’t recommend I’m moving immediately"

"Lived there 2yrs signed lease August, moved after property notice on July 31st with key return. Never late in rent 2yrs, told full security deposit due in ledger. It has been 11mos back n forth calls n visits still no return of security. Dec 21, claim I owe them for August rent, after keys turned in, 60 an 30 day notice given signed by them prior to move. After all I've been thru you'd think they just return my deposit?"

"The pool is awesome. We were guests there. Needs a supervisor on duty at all times no pool should not be unsupervised. Heard that the pool is closed on weekends because of no supervision, I'll supervise it for a small fee if needed. Other than that i enjoyed the pool can't wait to visit again."
