"We could not be happier with our experience with Chimney Plus. Roger, the owner, Sawyer, Ned, and Jeb arrived right on time. They were slated to clean out 3 chimneys, however upon inspection of the chimneys, they said that one of them did not need cleaning. They could have easily told us that it did need cleaning, and we would have never of known the difference. This goes to show that they are definitely trustworthy. They were extremely professional and personable. They used drop clothes, and they cleaned out a tremendous amount of soot from the two chimneys. We were concerned that ash would be all over the house, however this was not an issue. We could not be more pleased with their service, the chimneys are drawing extremely well, and we would give them our highest recommendation."

"Really friendly staff. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but they are too busy to follow through with clients (like me) that have invested in them. I paid them $250 for an inspection (tipped them 50 bucks because the guys were so nice and spent a couple hrs talking with me). I wanted the chimney cleaned while they were there, but they promised me that it would be more cost effective to do it when they replaced the liner, which they said I needed. I assumed I would hire them for that, so I took their word for it and they did NOTHING to my chimney (didn't even take the gas logs out, which I wanted removed, or remove the plate above the logs to visually inspect from inside/below). Since then, I've called probably 20 times. I used to get through to their receptionist (who practically knew me on a first name basis), but now I don't get through to anyone. They did give me a quote after a month or so... but it was RIDICULOUSLY high, so I went back and forth with them to get a bare minimum service from them, and they said they would do it (price was still super high), but when I tried call to schedule and pay a depost, they never answered. I called again and again and finally gave up and am writing this review. I'm glad I didn't pay the deposit now, because I probably never would have heard from them again! I paid a lot for just a top view inspection, and all they really did was take my money and leave me hanging."

"Really disappointed because we were really excited to have our chimney converted to a wood burning fireplace and Chimney Sweep Plus came highly recommended. The guys that came out were super attentive and spent lots of time with us answering questions. Really personable. But after that initial chimney inspection which cost $200 just to check things out... it took so long to get a quote and then my husband has tried to contact them so many times and never can get anyone to respond. He is super frustrated now and has given up on it... wish they would have told us that they were too busy to do our chimney in the first place instead of charging us money for a consultation and not being responsive. I may try reaching out one more time... but I think my husband is set on consulting elsewhere at this point."

"Josh & Sawyer were the BEST. I initially called spoke with Roger. He was extremely nice and work with me via email. It was my preferred communication due to my work hours. That was extremely important to me. He sent out Josh & Sawyer out. They were very informative and professional gentleman. You can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. I would recommend chimney sweep plus to anybody and everyone. Definitely strive to give five star service. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with their service."
