Camden Westwood Apartments

"Rent at Camden is dicey. They are beautiful complexes, high’ish end appliances, gorgeous grounds and the pool is simply stunning with exotic plants and trees. I’ve been here 5 years and will be moving out at this lease end, I live on the 3rd floor and my rent is OVER my resident tenant who lives directly below me, who has lived here 10 years. How is that even fair? CAUTION; They get you in on low rent amounts, but just wait, they’ll jack that rent so high you’ll need to move. North Carolina doesn’t have rent control, so just know Camden squeezes every penny. Since Apple moved into town rent is crazy crazy high, so good luck in your search. I would only recommend Camden apartments for short term, like a year."

"I been living in Camden Westwood for 6 years ! Yes, I know it’s a long time and they become my family! Very professional and accommodating stuff ! The best dog park that I ever seen ! It’s always well maintained and and has a lot of toys that your furry friends can play with ! Neighbors , they are truly the best kind people! Quiet and respectful neighborhood for families and young professionals. And most importantly, I want to rave about the Maintenance Team . Hands down the best . I am impressed to see the quality and urgency of any needs . The landscape looks amazing all year around. With all being said , I am blessed to call Camden my home for so many years ! Thank you Ty and your Team !"

"UPDATE August 2023: my AC unit isn’t working and freezes over every few days so instead of figuring out why they brought us this window unit and we have had this in the middle of our living room for like 3 weeks. We kept calling and calling and it was always “tomorrow” and since we stopped calling no one has come and we are just stuck with this thing in the middle of our apartment. We sent in another request and someone just came by and dropped off a filter at our door without any sort of discussion. This place is a joke. June 2023: Just moved into our new apartment and our bathtub creaks like crazy when you’re showering because it wasn’t set properly when installed. Apparently there is nothing they can do about it so we can kiss peaceful showers goodbye. I wish I could upload the video. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors talking, vacuuming, opening the front door. This is the first week of my lease and I’m already regretting my decision."
