"Do not raise a ticket to increase water pressure. This is an email that as a resident I got. Due to more frequent pipeline breaks they installed tanks to reduce water pressure. Wow , who will install tanks to reduce water pressure.?Taking a shower is standing in rain outside , so slow. They should address to get the water pressure back to normal. Instead they addressed not to use water."

"I have been in this community for almost an year now and I can say there is not even one satisfactory point about this community. The water pressure is worst, it is extremely difficult to do the dishes,cook or even take a shower. There are roaches everywhere. The buldings are very old and no matter how careful you are something or the other keeps breaking. The management is worst,they keep cancelling all the maintenance requests saying its not emergency. The maintenance requests raised before 5-6 months have not been addressed yet. The management is very rude and will not help you with any concerns. This is probably the worst community to live in and I would suggest please do not choose this community."

"My true, thorough review of this horrid place is coming soon! Just popped in to say, if you are looking for an apartment complex that looks out for your needs as a tenant, this is not the place. They will intentionally alter basic necessities in your apartment that will end up hindering your living situation, rather than improving it. It will be about them, aka “reliability reasons.” You will see that they want their tenants to email them, but they truly do not care. Personally, I believe they take advantage of the demographic living here. This complex is a complete joke and I can’t wait to give my full review. It is not worth $1600/month. Time to go continue fighting the roach infestation everyone has!"

"There is a large and deep pothole at the side entrance. It is hard to avoid when another car is coming from the other direction. I worry that my tires will get damaged with time. Are y'all planning to fix this anything soon? Terrible maintenance. We have called more than 3 times and submitted matientance request. 2 weeks later, they still havent come to the apt. Also, We literally have to request pest control for it to happen, but you are charged for it monthly? It doesnt make any sense."

"I discourage those who are thinking of renting a unit here. I have been living at Oaks at Weston for less than a year. My apartment unit has faced two water leakage issue within this time frame, where the last one was extremely mass with well categorized as a flood coming from upstairs. Please check the related media attached to see how severe it was. I had to live in the unit with my family for almost a week while the problem was trying to be fixed. Within this period, there were several high-volume machines with power cables everywhere inside my unit and constantly blowing. Beside all these difficulties, my little daughter had medical problems with respiratory symptoms which is being explained in detail within the medical report (attached). Since our physician evaluated that the condition of our unit was inconvenient for the health of our kids, we wanted to end the lease contract and move out without any penalty. However, such a legitimate request was declined by Oaks at Weston, and we were said to be free to move out but with a penalty (one option was the two-month rent). To sum up, re-occurring of mass water leakage is not a legitimate reason to end the lease contract here without any penalty, and you might be left with no choice other than living in a unit for a week with a hole on top of the main room, even if you have a medical report on the condition of the unit being inconvenient for your kids. Decision is yours"
