"Toured an apartment that I liked. Was shown one price for that unit and then the quote sent to me was 250$ more than what had just been shown not even 5 minutes previous. Management was extremely unwilling to help or even admit what exactly had gone on. False advertisement is illegal, however these folks know they can get away with it and will continue to until someone speaks up. Guess they do not want to rent their properties out."

"Very bad moving experience and move our experience. Before moving we have a different management, and they welcomed really good they are polite and responded very well they requested to wait for 2 days so that they can replace a new carpet we are ok with that. When we moved the property management has changed, when we entered the house we really had a bad smell coming from the carpet which is some chemical that almost stayed for 6 months when I said there is a weird smell coming from the carpet they said we are not responsible for that. While moving out there are too many fines which were not relevant on dec 25 th we had a water pipe breakage because of freezing cold and water has spill all over the walls they charged for the wall damage which we are not responsible and at the time of damage they almost took 4 weeks to repair the whole apartment and they didn't even provide accommodation. When we want to discuss about the fine with manager she never gave time. I highly recommend to check the apartment properly before moving, they doesn't even fix the problems mentioned in move in form. We had a roach problem as well. Please see the unit before you move."
