"Very inattentive office staff, maintenance requests ignored time and time again. Since this is a rental you don't want to put your own money into repairs but you are forced to if you want things in working order. Simple requests get ignored or "canceled" without being addressed and no communication or explanation as to why. Lots of other companies to chose from these days especially with them happily raising the rent every year. As a current tenant I would advise you to look elsewhere."

"Decent apartments/town-homes. I will say for what you get, the place is kind of over priced compared to other places. There is practically no amenities. The so called fitness center is a joke; it is so lacking I will not even count it as an amenity. There is no pool or any other notable amenity, but you could not tell that by looking at your monthly rent bill. For what you get, it is overpriced."

"The people in the office are absolutely incompetent! Their auto-pay system is aways faulty, and I know many neighbors that have complained, but the office fails to do anything about it. Likely, because every time their system messes up, they get to charge you late fees. It seems pretty unethical. Their workers, including the manager, Silva has no accountability for their mistakes. She is constantly blaming her mistakes on her staff and her maintenance personnel. I heard Silva on multiple occasions attempt to blame residents for their faulty auto-payment system. You can try to explain to her and the staff that everything is setup correctly, but they will continue to blame you. Only to have her later check the settings, and she later admits that everything was indeed set-up correctly and she doesn't know why the payment system didn't work. I have auto-payments setup, with other companies, from more than 5 years ago, and it is still functioning to this day, but for some reason their auto-pay needs to be constantly monitored and it is extremely unreliable. I am so glad to have left this place! If you live here, becareful, they have some SCUMMY business practices and HORRIBLE SERVICE."

"I've lived here for 7 years. Lately, the staff at Glenbrook West has risen to the occasion after coping with the pandemic since early 2020. What a year!!! There are two new staff who are super nice and the property manager has a knack for getting things done. For example, I need a new bathroom floor, as the old one has weathered over the years. I just requested this last week and was informed by the PM that it has already been ordered. Yay! Recently, our gym re-opened, which is great. Thank you! Also, kudos to the maintenance staff. Last week, Desmond went the extra mile by looking at my bathroom flooring at my request. He followed thru right away, and even tho he was "on loan" from another complex, he stepped up to help us folks over at Glenbrook. I must say, Ticon properties are beautifully landscaped.The grounds are taken care of and those guys are hard workers and super nice. Thank you! Best of all, I have great neighbors with sweet dogs. I really appreciate how the residents clean up after their dogs and let me pet them!"
