"I have an issue that I have tried to get addressed many times. There is an individual named Selena Rodriguez living in apartment 3014 with their mother Glenda Reid. This individual, Selena is out of control and it scares me. They have it out for me and harass me when I am doing nothing but minding my own business. It makes me scared to leave my apartment. I have been told that Selena is not supposed to even be living there. I’ve tried to receive help on this matter but it has gone nowhere. I am an old woman and this is not good for my health.
