"I’ve been staying here for two years. Minor issues but never have to question the management or home office. People who’s complaining are liars. They just can’t get their way. Marilyn is the sweetest person ever. We did a big transition and she was so helpful especially with a little one. Respect goes along way."

So frustrating smh I’ve reached out owners and the Mills family doesn’t seem to really care about their properties like the used to because I get no response. As soon as I’m able that save up enough money to move with my small child I am. It’s either that or they will have another lawsuit coming their way."

"I don't even want to give this place 1 star!!!! Most unprofessional management office I have ever encountered. There is no unity between management. Constant miscommunications. The site manager does not know what is going on, and the Regional Manager is rude and will argue with the tenants off the wrong information given by the site manager. Do not lease you will be moving within 2 to 3 months."
