"The attention to detail in the service provided by all the staff, especially Jalen, is exceptional. All have been kind, welcoming, and proactive in helping address any needs I have had so far."

"Nice quiet community. Jared at the front office is great, friendly, and engaging. The maintenance team is timely with any requests, and respectful of scheduling when they will drop by to fix any issues. We only left because we needed more space, otherwise, would have stayed. Highly recommend."

"Been living here for a few years and the front office is practically the best you could ask for. Whenever we’ve had problems, they deal with them fast and are always nice about it. Jared is the absolute best manager of any place I’ve dealt with and Jalen at the front is also great. The maintenance guys are also really terrific. Edgar holds this place together and should get a raise lol. The only real con is that our rent has gone up a good amount since we moved in, but that’s more due to Cortland being a huge company, the area, and the market. Great place to live! Would recommend to anyone."

"I've lived here for 10 months now and have had a fantastic experience. From the initial tour to move-in to handling issues as they pop up, Jared and Jalen are super helpful and friendly. And my dog loves them! The maintenance crew are all rock stars! Paul, Edgar, and Jason are phenomenal. Most issues get handled the same day, and often within a few hours. Whether it's lightbulbs, wasps, or water in the apartment, they've always been extremely fast and considerate, always going the extra mile to prevent issues before they occur and work around my schedule. I'm in a one bedroom, and I love the kitchen layout and the floorplan. Visitors always comment on how nice and sunny the inside of my apartment is. And one unexpected luxury is the balcony - it's huge for a one bedroom, and on the third floor it's a great place to drink tea and read. My dog spends all day sunning herself there while I'm at work. The walls are surprisingly thick - my neighbor and I both play music or have friends over all the time, and we never hear each other. The doors are thin, though - if you have a conversation in your entryway, you can expect anyone in the hallway to overhear it. As for the community, it's great! Mostly young professionals, with a few families and retirees. When I walk my dog, people are always friendly and respectful. The grounds are well maintained, with grass and shady trees. It's well-lit - I often walk my dog at night and never feel unsafe. There's a small dog park, the pool is nice, the gym seems great and usually has a handful of people using it. There are also weekly food trucks and occasional community events. Some parts of the community don't have a lot of parking, so I'd recommend checking the layout before you pick your unit. But overall, I've lived in 6 apartment complexes before and this is by far my favorite - mostly because of how great the community staff are. They do a great job making it feel like home!"

"Before finding this place, I had just moved to North Carolina from parents’ nests in NYC. Freshly graduated from my undergrad, I moved down because of a job opportunity. The first place I stayed was an awesome Airbnb. I only wanted to be there for a month, so by the 3rd week I started looking for a place that I wanted to stay long-term in, and a place that really met my expectations. I wanted things like a walk-in closet, hardwood floors, really big sinks, really nice counter tops–––I wanted the works. But when I was making the list, I thought that I might need to compromise because what place was going to have all of those things I was asked for? OR at least that’s what I thought! Then one day I called Hamptons at RTP, and after Catherine answered, the rest is truly history. Joy and Jared were the first two to welcome me into the beautiful office, inside the clubhouse. After meeting them, I met Catherine and we were both excited to put a face to the voices we heard over the phone. I literally felt like these people knew me, and it was such warm and cozy feeling. Catherine was the first person to pick up the phone and she also gave me my initial tour where I fell in love with the complex! Catherine was so awesome during the tour that she even helped me take some pictures of the apartments I saw and, unashamedly, my Instagram as well, lol. The first spot we toured ended up checking SO MANY BOXES for me that I was 98% sure this was it, I had found a home. BUT to be sure I went to a few more place in the area (I needed to be near RTP for work, especially since I don’t drive… or even have a license yet), and after those few apartment tours, I RAN BACK to the clubhouse at RTP (literally right before they closed) where Catherine, Joy and I signed the papers to my first real apartment. I really got lucky with this place and couldn’t be happier to be a resident here!"
