"Party of 4. My 2nd time there efore Comets game. Very friendly, attentive service. Tripe was outstanding both times as were the fried peppers! Friends up from New Jersey and raved about the tripe! Will definitely be on my top 5 to go to for dinner in Utica!"

"The classic. Will always cherish the memories of coming here with my dad. Glad the new owners are keeping the tradition alive. Wish it was open more than twice a week but delighted that it's still going at all. Can't believe how much food you get and how cheap it still remains. If you're from Utica and have never been you're missing out on a quintessential part of Utican food culture and history. Everything served family style. Simple dishes, everything fresh and delicious. Just like if you were to go into your Italian grandma's kitchen on Sunday. Long hots, meatballs, mushroom stew. It's all good. Make sure you order enough for leftovers. And of course... don't ask for butter. (My dad used to sneak butrer packets in!)"

"Great old s school Italian food. The eggplant parmesan was amazing. The fried meatballs were outstanding along with the long hots and Hungarian peppers. The service was amazing. Great if not the best old school Italian restaurant in the area."

"Is it Tuesday or is it Saturday... either one, then head over to Joe's, a classic Italian Restaurant and bar, with classic homemade dishes, and classic family style service! Ahh did I say Classic? Well I mean classic food made just how I remember grandma made it, that's what I mean by "Classic"! Oh and did i say takeout well that is always an option too. Enjoy!"
