"Seemed to be very quiet and the grounds were well kept. The parking lots had adequate lighting as well as parking. The buildings were in good shape with well lit breezeways. It seems to be a safe, clean and budget friendly apartment community."

"I lived here for 3 years and it was horrible. When I signed the lease, I was shown pictures of a renovated apartment and was told I had to sign for it sight unseen. When I moved in, I didn’t get a renovated apartment at all. On top of that, there was a roach infestation, the day I got there. Needless to say, I had many complaints. They did help to alleviate the pest issue, but my AC system was a joke, it flooded the first month I was there. then when I left for vacation for a week the following year, I came back to find my apartment riddled with mold after only one week away. My bedroom door was replaced due to an issue and from then on, it was always loose and falling down. The doors to my laundry room - if you can call it that - were mismatched and when they were finally changed, they wouldn’t stay on. I must’ve had maintenance there everyday and yet nothing ever got fixed. I encourage everyone who considers a move here to think twice."

"This apartment complex has gone completely downhill since i moved in. There is literally no where to park… EVER! I work 10 hours a day and have to park at the office late at night and walk to my apartment. I do not feel safe at all! Even the weekends people literally stand in spaces so you cannot park there… What happened to the tags and car information we took to the office? Nothing has changed. I should be able to park by my house. Then why is there still tools & machines from maintenance in my home for over month… They were called to fix and issue with my air conditioning that still has not been fixed.. I will never recommend this place to anyone Ever!!! We are just numbers and apartment fillers to this company!!!"
