"Been here about 6 months and I am pretty happy with them. It's hard finding a place to live when your self employed but they got us approved in less than 24 hours. They had a deposit waiver so we just needed the first month payment to get in. Maintenance has been super fast and friendly every time we've ever needed anything and the community has been pretty quite. The new management has been especially great!"
"Josh and his team did an amazing job in handling a continual request I had eventually they solved the serious the problem and I am happy after being here at this complex for over 28 yrs thanks again to Josh and his great team and staff"
"Not happy. Can't get in touch with staff, either on site or leasing management. I have yet to hear from anyone about how lease renewal options. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging on community board, visiting the office, leaving reviews, you name it. My lease is now up in less than 2 months. Amenities are never open, the maintenance crew are nice enough but any repairs are sloppily done. My unit is on the shabby side, and according to current available rates on their website, it looks like they WOULD be raising the rent. Definitely not worth it. They also had my internet shut off for 3 weeks and it was a nightmare coordinating with them to fix it because they claimed it was a spectrum issue (it wasn't, because someone cut off my signal that wired through the unit above me). Don't move here."
"I've been living here for 6 months now and absolutely love it. Everyone in the office have been so friendly to us throughout the leasing process and maintenance have been great. They have been to my apartment twice for a simple fix and were here very quickly. I absolutely love living here and have recommended a few friends already. The community is beautiful and in a great location."
"Overpriced and horrible customer service. They MAY get back to you when you’re trying to sign the lease, but once you sign they don’t care. I sent an email that had no response for a month. I called with no call back and when you go to the office they just said I didn’t get anything. No apology, no sincerity. They used to be Azeala Park Apartments, which had bad reviews before but with the new owners it’s worse. There is no parking space. The pool isn’t usable yet. No amenities. And for the amount they are charging they could at least have nice customer service, but it’s an ugly space run by people with ugly personalities. $1400 for a 2 bedroom here is not worth the headache."
