"I called several times, never showed. This was over a time period of a few months, attempting to hire. I wasnt expecting immediate, jump to my project. I completely understand scheduling but, no professional return responses or simply saying they couldn't help. New to the area, read the reviews and thought awesome, a reliable team. Not my experience at all. I was hoping to get several projects done. Pressure wash the house, some handyman services as it's listed on their reviews as services offered. I did receive one call explaing family issues, i understand, but never heard from them again. Ive been a business owner for 27 years. That should say plenty."

"Called in the late morning for a job we needed done at 5pm. They had a job in a town about 40 minutes away but said they would be there. They unexpectedly called early indicating they were on the way and showed up at 4:00pm. They immediately did the task without any issue and for a modest price. At that point with his reliability, quality of work, and favorable pricing, Robert Brown became our go to Handyman for our properties in the Bryson City area. We look forward, should the need arise, to using him again."

"I hired Rob and Nicole for a deep clean after several months of work on the property left dust everywhere that I could not clean myself, and they were meticulous, honest, and best of all fit me in to their schedule for a cleaning within 24 hours. I’m turning the property into a rental and this deep clean was a ‘test run’ to see if we’d be a good match, and I like them very much and trust them to do a careful job making sure each guest stay is as best as it can be. Lastly, the handyman services part definitely comes in handy- there are several small things that I still need to take care of to get the place rent ready, and Rob noticed them and offered to take care of them for a reasonable price- from changing shower fixtures to regrouting tile to removing a bush and felling a tree. Doesn’t get better than that. Looking forward to working with them regularly once I get my listing up!"

I do a lot of remodeling and you can imagine how dirty a house can get when your done remodeling. They did not stop until my house was completely cleaned from top to bottom.
