"Did a pretty good job, but I would have been happier if they had gotten the corners of the tile in my bathroom cleaner. Guy said their equipment would not get into the corners. They may need to add a special piece of equipment for this purpose. It was good that they were able to do the job right then though. PS, left a small trail of water from the bathroom to the front door that I had to clean up. However, they have always done a great job on my area rugs!!"

Since the move in, I've been able to remove stains that the cleaners left in the carpet. My husband said no pre-treating was done. They were just in and out quickly.
