"As stated, the closets and old soap in the shower were also missed from the so-called "deep clean." And the floors .As mentioned FILTHY ,so suggest you wear socks, shoes, or something on your feet so they don't turn black or brown when walking on the floor. For the price ($350) and somewhat " maid service" they provided vs. the deep clean requested and charged for. It's unfortunate that the experience was the complete opposite , as it seems others had a wonderful experience . I hope in the future they can do better because it wasn't worth it . Definitely will not refer or use them again."

Their daily communication was exceptional as they provided detailed text updates & pictures of the pups after each visit. We felt very comfortable with their care of our babies! "Where to start? I live on the west coast but my mother lives (lived) in Hickory. On short notice, we decided to move our entire family (including my mom) into a new house here on the west coast. Being able bodied, but remote, I was unable to come and pack and clean. But Time Genies came to the rescue! Sara (scheduled through Karen) was an absolutely outstanding person, helping prioritize, organize and pack. This provided *so much* peace of mind for my wife and I since we’re so far away, we couldn’t help directly, but we knew that Time Genies (Sara, in this case) were there to make sure we had everything squared away. We also, separately, needed help cleaning, since we’d only be here for just a few days later. So Tonya and Annette were then scheduled to help us immediately after our moving crew. The job was a little larger than expected, but Tonya and Annette were immediately up to finding a solution that would work given our time crunch! Bottom line is that this move would have been unbearably difficult WITHOUT the help of Time Genies and, for that… I’m very grateful!"

From my very first interaction with her, she was incredibly patient, kind, efficient and understood that, for some of us, downsizing and all that goes with it can be an emotional and intense experience. She made herself readily available for any questions I had and always returned my texts phone calls in a timely manner. She readily addressed whatever concerns I had and always came up with solutions to any moving or organizational challenges. And it was, each and every time I utilized her services. She has a hands-on approach and made sure that her staff understood the jobs that needed to be done. All of the staff I worked with were equally patient and kind. They were always very mindful of time and worked quickly and efficiently but without making me feel rushed. They didn't waste time and the costs were very reasonable. I was unable to physically help with anything, which was no problem, and Karen and her staff took care of everything from beginning to end. They were absolutely amazing and very respectful of personal property as well as coming up with some really great organizational ideas. There was no challenge they couldn't eventually figure out and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the work they did. Karen and her staff were very trustworthy, and I had complete confidence in their being in my home and working safely with my belongings. I highly recommend Time Genies' services to anyone needing organizational assistance or downsizing no matter how small or large the job is.
