"Let me start by saying i adored living here when i first moved in a little over a year ago. I moved in sight unseen, it was a hidden gem, zero issues in any area. Fast forward to a year an half later, the turn over has been crazy with the leasing agents, and no onsite maintenance person has caused this place to look and smell like garbage. I don’t want to invite people over because the grounds and hallways (spiders & dog hair) are so disgusting. I have to hire a company each week to pick up my trash from the gate because Anker Haus is refusing (after my many suggestions) to fix the garbage area which puts all of us at risk of identity theft and more (remember they also charge us for this in our monthly fees for rent). Despite the fact they have on site maintenance at other locations to assist, my request doesn’t get done (3 maintenance requests since December for our hallway to be cleaned). All i want to do is not have to invest in a pickup for my own trash and continue to get the level of quality atmosphere that i signed my lease for. This charming neighborhood lost it's charm, from the broken fence to garbage being pilled up so much it flows out the gate is just ridiculous. They have locks on the gate already how about only issuing the code to residents so non residence can stop using ours as a pit stop. So many solutions to this on-going problem but each agent (except the most recent lady who came from another property and fixed it ASAP, sad she gone) keep writing down my suggestions and then they gone. Please do better so i can feel safe and comfortable in my own home again."

"I’ve really enjoyed this complex, and now that new management has taken over it’s even better. It’s quiet and had a mini neighborhood feel. Allen, the property caretaker, is the so helpful and quick to respond. Kristen is also informative and has been great to work with as a tenant."
