"One Word I would Describe the LandLords - GREEDY The Place isn’t worth What they are charging. Bugs everywhere. And the worst part of all the Pool was closed most of the summer so what was the point ?"

"Been here for three years and I can say this was a terrible experience. Office Staff has been rude. The Apartment is janky and patched up. They increased the prices and quite frankly it's not worth the price. Plumbing is terrible and the bugs are ridiculous. They offer “pest control” but they don't spray the entire unit, basically come in a spray just a corner of one room and that's about it. You put in a maintenance request and they come and half fix it. Last time after calling them I had to put my faucet back together my self because the job wasn’t complete. Community is great. It’s quiet and neighbors are courteous and that’s the only positive thing I have to say."

"Not bad not great. After living here about a year my biggest issue is the trash situation. Instead of having dumps or garbage locations throughout the neighborhood you have to drive a quarter of a mile down the road with all your trash in your car to take it out which gets extremely annoying. But the rent is good area is ok and staff are very friendly. It sucks that they charge so much to use the laundry room and that the hookups are only for stackable units though."

"I really like my apartment! The location is also great. There have been some roaches, but I figured there would be since I live on the ground floor and live in the south. My major complaint was that it was not made clear to me that the washer and dryer hookups were only for a stackable washer and dryer. I didn't know and now I have a full size washer and dryer in my living room that I need to pay to have placed elsewhere. If I had known I could've had them moved, when I moved in at a fraction of the cost. (because I had an appliance dolly and a U-Haul already rented.)"

"The staff is super friendly but the roaches are ridiculous. I had to spray myself since they kept coming back and when I did complain, an exterminator came… he only sprayed my kitchen. They were everywhere so that obviously did nothing. My air filter was never changed until the month before I moved out. I lived there for almost two and half years. I left early because I was over the bugs. I have lived other apartments in Durham on the ground floor and never had a bug issue, until here. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to live. The price is decent but you get what you pay for. The two stars are ONLY because of the friendliness of the staff."
