"I’ve been living at Franklin Woods for 2 years now, and everything has been great! The management in the leasing office are always helpful and kind, especially Maribel. When I accidentally was locked out of my apartment, she tried her best to get it unlocked and offered snacks and water while we waited for Hector from maintenance. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, and Hector is always friendly and willing to help. Management also hosts events throughout the year that are fun to attend. So far, it has been a great experience to live here!"

"Current Franklin Woods staff has been professional, friendly, helpful, and kind whenever I've had an issue. When the utility wrongly charged me for water and sewer usage (twice in the last year), ROSALIE straightened it out and made sure it was promptly credited back to my account. MARIBEL recently helped me make sure my rent was paid on time when my check never arrived via US mail. It was an upsetting situation, and she spent considerable time on this issue, patiently making sure it all worked out for me. HECTOR has been unfailingly helpful for many years. I know that my unit is being well taken of. As a nearly 30-year resident, I have to say that this is the best team Franklin Woods has ever had. I am grateful for them!"

"We have been living in Franklin Woods for almost 5 years now. The location is great minutes walk to multiple groceries stores, gas stations, pharmacies,shopping centers and even the cinema. In front of the apartments there is a bus stop for multiple bus lines to Chapel Hill and Durham. We are extremely satisfied with the management the girls in the leasing office and more than satisfied with the Maintenance guy Hector. Hector has an amazing attitude and he is always willing to help anytime we need him. He is adding a whole lot of value in this Apartments Complex with his constant smile and willingness to help all the residents. He is always very respectful and careful with our belongings and very friendly with our dog. Every time he has fixed something for us, he cleaned everything so good like he was never there. We couldn’t have asked for anything better than him. We are extremely grateful for all his hard work and work ethic. Thank you very much for making living in these Apartments so pleasant!!"

"Our time here at Franklin Woods has been nothing less than great. The office has always been responsive to our needs whenever something has come up. The maintenance team is also phenomenal. Hector has responded within 24 hours and in even less time if there ever has been an emergency. We are so thankful that just recently he was able to replace our refrigerator on the New Year Holiday. If you’re considering this your place to live, especially as a student, I would not hesitate."
