"My boyfriend and me really like living here and plan to renew our contract. We’ve stayed at other complexes before this and this is the nicest by far. The office does a lot of parties for residents and are nice when we go in or call. They are dog friendly too and our puppy loves it here. I’ve seen reviews about cars broken into but we have had no issues and lock our doors. I see other residents letting people into the garage which the employees are trying to help stop to take care of our stuff. I’ve lived at some complexes with terrible management and maintenance problems so some things people complain about aren’t fair. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe clean place to live."

"Apartment unit is very nice, but if you live in building one facing Fordham Blvd, you will hear traffic all day and night. Cars have been broken into on several occasions since I have lived here. Management has not installed cameras to address this."

"DO NOT LEASE HERE. My car along with my roommates car and several others got broken into and Trilogy put no safety measures in place to mitigate future crime. A friend who parks their car on the fifth floor of the garage got her car STOLEN and again residents were left in the dark about that situation and that was when the garage doors actually worked as they are broken a majority of the time! Management is horrible, rude and predatory as they pick and chose what they want to tell you over the phone in regards to renewing your lease and disguise it as a “courtesy”. I was mislead and uninformed by management over the phone in regards to my lease renewal, and left me confused, upset and stuck for another 16 days over my move out date. They “conveniently” left out essential information over the phone regarding my lease renewal to tend to their own agendas. The trash room is always overfilled leaving our hallway smelly. Dog poop was left outside in the hall, and smeared on the door handle in Building 1. One night several police cars were blocking the entrance to the garage in Building 1 and residents were again uninformed and left feeling unsafe. If leasing agents are to abide by their leasing agreements, proper information should be communicated regarding lease renewal if communication is present over the phone and it was not. Incompetence of staff communication resulted in an extended unwarranted lease. Full transparency during “courtesy calls” regarding lease renewals should be rewarded if they are to “abide by their lease agreements” and again it was not. Save yourself, ensure your safety and lease with The Hartley instead!"

"I am not pleased by my experience here at trilogy. Living here my car and my roomates car was broken into 3 times. (once with a cracked window that WE had to pay for) My bestfriend who lived across the halls car was stolen from the fifth floor. TRILOGY DID NOTHING TO HELP. since the break ins there has been no added security or cameras added to the parking garage to let residents here feel safe. The management also does not updtae about the crime that goes on here they try and hide it. There has been two times were the parking garage had 8 police cars blocking the entersnce and exit and no updates or email was sent to tell residents what the hell is going on!! it. is not safe here and im frustrated that i have to continue living here due to me not reading the fine print. they require a 60 day notice however because of the crime i would like to leave when my lease ends. You would thjnk due to the safety of this terrible apartment that they would extend some grace and let us leave. NOPE, we are stuck here on a month to month. Pray for me and my roomates safety!"

"My move-in experience here at Trilogy at Chapel Hill was fantastic! The process was smooth, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my new home! Love the neighborhood and it is conveniently located to everything!"
