"never available to answer or return calls"
"I've been waiting well over a year on the waiting list and got a call 6 months ago to say I was #3 on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom and #12 for a 2 bedroom. I understood there would be a long list to wait, but I got a call that a two bedroom was available. Curious I asked where I was on the 3 bedroom list since I was so much further up. Come to find out, I had been moved to #18 on the waiting list for a 3 bedroom. The response from the staff was "I just went by the paperwork. The entire staff is new here. I don't know what happened, but this is your spot on the list." Ridiculous. Not interested in an apartment that can't keep a simple waiting list straight. Updated Review - emailed the president over at the management company and received a prompt response from management over at Greenfield Place to resume my spot at #3 on the list. Update again - never received any follow up calls about availibility. Gave up."
"They’re nice apartments"
"The apartments are great, very nice community however, the customer service is terrible. The office staff NEVER answers the phone, nor do they call back as requested. If you have a maintenance issue you have to beg & plead for someone to call back. Payments are made on time but they don't process they payments on time and expect the tenant to pay the late fee. The office staff needs to regroup and figure out how to better manage the property with the few resources they do have."
"I inquired about this place a few months ago and was told that they had some 2 bdrs available for $775. Now I'm paying $710 for a 2 now why would I do that. I asked the lady don't they go by income as far as being a place for low income families. She stated to me that i have to show proof that I can pay rent...ok but that's not what I asked. I'm on disability and I was told this place was a good place to apply for. I have 2 kids and it would be a great convenience for us. After explaining to the person I talked to about my income situation I was also told that they couldn't do anything for me. Remind you there are people living out there paying $200 for rent but I was basically turned away and not giving a real reason why. I have no issue paying rent. But trying to apply for a place that say they are low income based rentals then to be told they can't help u Is not very professional as a rental property. I'm sure it's a great place to live but you have to go threw so much stuff just to even get on the waiting list. But they said they don't have one for the two bdrs but you still can't get into one."
