"My family and I have been here for 6 months now and we’ve really enjoyed it. I noticed that the kitchen cabinets were in rough shape when we moved in and the maintenance guy said he’d replace them when I pointed it out. Took some measurements and then the next week came and installed them. We’ve had a couple other maintenance calls, as are to be expected, and they have never failed to be extremely prompt and professional. The pool area is excellent. One of the larger complex pools I’ve seen and it’s always VERY clean. The office has pretty good hours for people who work full time so getting in there to pay your rent isn’t a huge imposition, which brings me to my one issue- I’ve never once been able to pay my lease through the web portal. It’s never worked a single time. But Maria and the rest of the office staff have been VERY accommodating and extremely professional. I had been living in Romania for several years before coming home to the US and the process of getting repatriated was a bit messy which caused my move in date to change more than once and Maria was never anything other than VERY helpful and accommodating I definitely recommend Pinegate to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in the chapel hill area."

"I've lived in this apartment complex for about a month and a half so far and I'm so happy and satisfied with the people who work here. The office staff (shout-out to Abria, Destiny and Maria) are FANTASTIC. They worked tirelessly to solve a problem for me with my apartment that truly wasn't their fault or issue and technically not really something they had to solve. But they did it because they wanted to make certain I was satisfied, and went through a lot of extra work on their part to make me happy! The maintenance team is also amazing here (shout-out to Corbin, Jason, and Johnny). They respond extremely quickly and are very professional and personable. I've been a bit of a problem child with lots of requests, and they've always been super kind and helpful. The apartments are well kitted out with appliances and the balconies will be super nice as it turns to fall and winter. The complex is full of a fun mix of families, students, and working professionals and it feels very safe. The pool is pristine. I love that people are out grilling at the pool on the weekends with their kids - it feels like a little community. If you're thinking about moving here, don't hesitate. You get a lot for the price and the staff just can't be beat."
