"I lived at The Morgan for 2 years and wish I could have stayed longer, but had to move away for a new job. It is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. Incredible staff who are welcoming and professional. The residents are respectful of each other and it’s a very safe place to live. The amenities are wonderful and the grounds are kept impeccably clean! Highly recommend The Morgan and sad to have to leave!"

"Pros: Great place to live with friendly staff people and amenities. They are always doing fun/food events at least 3 times a month. Great gym and good pool with bbq availability. Super pet friendly. Cons: Multiple car break in’s since I’ve lived here. My car got stolen from in-front of my apartment 2 days ago at night. Called the office and they just brushed it off. Better night security is needed along with lighting and cameras. Price has also gone up exponentially over time. Increased by over $500 in just two years. Something to think about if you’re looking for long term living."

"My husband and I have lived all over the country in many rental situations over the past decade. The Morgan is an absolutely incredible place to live. Rented between 2020 and 2021. We were blown away by how clean, bright, beautiful and updated our unit was, how responsive management and maintenance staff were to any issues we had (we mentioned a minor issue with the washing machine and they replaced both the washer dryer with brand new units), how friendly and welcoming the community was, how beautiful and well kept the grounds were, and how enjoyable and lovely all the amenities were. There is a mix of mostly graduate students and young couples and families. We always felt very safe and we loved walking around the grounds. Our toddler had such a blast every day on the playground and in the pool area, and we felt great about her exploring these environments as everything was immaculately cared for and truly beautiful. The gym is extremely well equipped and great to use as well. Absolutely cannot say enough good things about our experience here. We deliberated a great deal between paying a little bit extra for the Morgan versus going with a little bit lower price point for other apartments in the area, and in the end we are so incredibly glad that we paid a little bit extra per month. We feel that our experience here was leagues above what we would have gotten otherwise. We have never been so sad that our lease was over, we would have gladly stayed much longer here."
