"We just bought a place in the Greeneville area, so I did my research and picked MasterTech. I'm glad I did. We wanted our heat pump serviced to be sure it was working properly cause of noises we were hearing. He came out and then told us all about the system and said we would properly need a new one within a few years cause the one we had was nearing its lifespan. It was a cheap unit I found out as I researched it. He told us what a good energy efficient unit would cost and we decided to upgrade it. He was able to get the unit in a few days and installed it a few days later. The owner and a tech came to do the install. Both were really nice and respectful people. didn't mind all the questions my 89 year old Dad was asking. Very knowledgeable, polite and just over all great with their work. They will be doing our yearly maintenance."

"Can I just give a shout out to Master Tech Heating & Air? Our new system wasn't working properly yesterday (Super Bowl Sunday). Not critical because it is our upstairs unit and we live downstairs. Turns out it was a fuse from the circuit shut off on the upstairs unit from the original installation. He replaced and got us back up and running in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in a mask and with shoe covers, did the work in the attic and moved the bed back and was gone. He was under warranty for his work, but this wasn't part of his work. He still did not charge us for the service call since I had told him it wasn't an emergency and to wait until today. Great service above and beyond!"
