"If I could give this place a zero I would. My heating and air conditioning unit went out the first year. Next several leaks. It started in the front bedroom, then the garage and now two leaks in the master bedroom. The first leak from two years ago still hasn’t been fixed. I told them they needed to look behind the walls. They didn’t listen. Even had some crazy contractor come out and paint the walls white they were wet.! Fast forward 1.5 years- mold and mildew in the front room and garage. I haven’t been able to use the room for months and had to hear six machines running day and night. Now two leaks in the master bedroom. Holes still in the walls. I had to call code enforcement to get anything done. No compensation for the major inconvenience and time spent waiting around for contractors. They had the nerve to tell me to use my renters insurance to get compensated for my electricity. I hope you don’t get this unit. I’m moving out."

"Warning: Newton Creek is not owned by a leasing company but another individual/group who uses management companies to manage the property. That will effect what gets fixed and what can be done for you. Also, there is no leasing office. The place is nice but my doorknobs keep falling off, creaking in certain areas of home, cracks in wall, bannister coming from wall, and maintenance takes a while. A part of those issues is because the Townhomes are new and the place is still settling. The owner switched leasing companies, as the last one was horrible, so we’ll see how it goes. As of right now, it’s going on a week of my A/C not working properly. Update: It’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve had A/C and It’s going on a week without a working HVAC unit."

"It takes weeks before maintenance arrives to fix an issue. I have put work orders in and they do not get handled until I call and even then it’s still a constant waiting game. I am still unable to use my KITCHEN SINK !!!!"
