"Very nice apartment, one of the nicest you can get in Wilmington as far as modern fixtures and a newer building. The gym is great with an adjustable squat rack and barbell that also has a smith machine built into the rack. There are around 380 lbs in plates and dumbbells up to 80s. Double cable stack and a couple random machines. My only issue in my year here was noise. From inside the courtyard (inside facing apartments share a wall with the pool/ courtyard area) , hallway noise, and neighbors above it was one of the worst apartments I have been in for noise pollution. So if noise is an issue for you keep that in mind."

"I didn't end up renting an apartment here, but I was given a tour by Nick, who was very, very helpful and friendly. He was up front about the pros and cons of the units he showed me (although everything was very nice, so he didn't have too many cons to go over), and also took the time to give me several in-depth pricing estimates including utilities, etc, without cutting corners or glossing over additional expenses. I'm sure I would have had a great experience renting at 17 Social, but in the end, I just wanted a slightly location."

"I am so happy to call 17 Social home. From the amazingly kind, patient and helpful front staff, to the cleaning crew, to the maintenance workers I could not ask to be treated any better. I am always greeted with a warm hello and an eagerness to help with any issue at all. Beyond that I feel incredibly safe living here, and have not met an unfriendly neighbor yet. Special thanks to Nick who was so gracious with both me and my mother he deserves recognition by name. I can’t wait to use the unbelievable amenities when it warms up. Now if someone could just teach me a basic cardio/weight lifting program it would genuinely be perfection."

"I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience while living in this apartment complex. The amenities are great- a salt water pool that's open year round, a two-story gym with an assortment of cardio and weight-training equipment, cold brew on draft, multiple grilling stations, and much more. The amenities always seem to be well-maintained. The staff has been wonderfully communicative, helpful, and friendly. Any maintenance requests that I've had have been attended to ASAP. There's many quiet spots in the club house to study, work, or simply spend time with friends. The pool area also is a great spot to spend quality time with family and friends. Other residents that I've met there have all been really kind and friendly. I've not had any issues with parking, noise complaints, etc. The valet trash service is very convenient. The appliances in my apartment are stainless steel, and they all have worked with no issues. The walk-in closet is very large and convenient. I had toured numerous other apartment complexes around Wilmington before finding 17 Social and deciding to sign a lease in July, and I'm very glad that I did. A great complex with great management, employees, amenities, and residents in a convenient location!"

"Best apartment complex with the absolute best amenities. Perfect for college students or people who work from home as there are perfect quiet areas designated for studying or working from home. The leasing office are also the absolute best and will help you out with any issues you may have in an extremely quickly manner. Devon, the leasing manager is amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone else to run this place as good as she does."
