"I LOVE living here. Two dog parks, an awesome pool that has an outdoor grilling area, car wash area, tennis courts, A ZEN GARDEN !!! the neighbors are nice and quiet and maintenance actually shows up and fixes things! The keep the dog poop bags stocked! It's awesome!! Only complaint would be the trash service.i think it's $20 a month. It's worth the money to not have to drive or walk your trash to the one trash area all the time BUT they don't pick up on Friday and Saturday nights which is actually when we seem to have the most trash build up. That's the only complaint and it's super small."

We chose the Flats because of the close proximity to Duke and the convenience of shopping and food choices nearby. The apartment is a good size, very clean and comfortable. We had a few very minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The staff have all been very friendly and professional."
