"Bought a new Rav4 here, and toyota TRD wheels for my Tacoma that I brought to this dealership to get mounted same day still in the packaging. The Tech gouged them all up and tried to ship it like I wouldn't notice. Worked with a service manager to get them fixed, and after picking up my car two weeks after I originally stopped in.. they look pretty bad. The colors don't match the center caps at all, they're still gold and the wheels are now brown in comparison. On top of that the original paint is still see-through to the new color and the original gouges are still visible. The paint is dry all around the spokes, which means it'll l just peel off soon. There's no quality control, almost like they don't care what's getting put out. I gave it two stars because I was given a rental, and they did try and fix my wheels. Unfortunately they're still not fixed and I'm not sure where to go from there."
