"Our sales rep, Ethan Stephany was very respectful our what we were looking for and our budget. He listened to me and my son, asked key questions, and chose some perfect options for us. Throughout the whole process with him and Jordan I feel very satisfied with our purchase, the agreed price, and the warranty services selected and priced for us. We were offered something to drink, felt comfortable, the dealership was very clean, bathrooms were very clean, and the outside looked very welcoming. Everyone was very respectful to my son who was ultimately making the final decision on what vehicle, what brand, color, options, etc. he is very knowledgeable of cars, trucks, and did a lot of research for me. This experience was not the same at other places. I had spoke to Ethan a week or so beforehand and had already looked into some options. "My tire monitoring sensor light was on. I parked my vehicle in the parking lot, then entered the service area. When I explained my issue Paul P. asked me to pull my vehicle into the garage area. He then proceeded to check my tire pressure. He never got past the passenger front tire as the sensor wasn't showing on his monitor. He was very diligent testing it several times as this wasn't the tire the vehicle's monitoring system was showing as the issue. He explained what needed to be done, the timeframe and cost. I expected to have to make a future appointment, but was pleasantly surprised that they could take care of it right away. I took a chance asking if they could also do my inspection as it was due at the end of January. Paul looked at their schedule, then confirmed they could do the inspection as well. I have been a long time Hoselton Chevrolet customer and go to them for my car purchases, as well as maintenance and service issues. The staff is always friendly and professional.
