"Response to my flood from 2 burst pipes was swift and Isaac and crew got right to work. Demolition was started the first evening (baseboards) and completed the next day with all affected floorboards and some drywall. The drying process took 4 days (so noisy!) and I'm sure my electric bill is gonna be a whopper. Communication with my insurance company was great. Overall ServPro reps have been professional, polite and easy to work with. They know their stuff!"

"Our two-story stone fireplace had 40 years of use showing on it, and we wanted to have it professionally cleaned. It was hard to find anyone that actually did that kind of work, but Servpro showed up for the quote and told me all that was involved to do it correctly - I was impressed. They "media blasted" it with frozen CO2, which was hard, dirty, loud work requiring specialized equipment and skill. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything to our satisfaction. I'd definitely recommend these guys if you have need of a difficult or unusual clean-up job."

"Winston Salem had 3 inches of rain and wind over a 12 hr period and resulted in saturation of ground and drains backed up. Servpro was contacted for assistance once water was seen on the ground in the basement. Servpro was contacted and accommodated the homeowner to meet me after hrs. After full inspection of the water, the source was identified, advice was provided on steps to be taken to dry the area, clear the drain and prepare for the next rains due on Friday. "Jason and his team have been great. We had a flood due to a faulty install of a dishwasher. Jason came out diagnosed the issue, brought in his blower and fan, called and verified with our insurance company and then followed up the next two delays later to see if all was well. This is way above and beyond in regards to excellent customer service. Please call Servepro and ask for Jason if you have any type of water damage, I know I will if anything happens like this again.
