"What a wonderful set of workers arrived at our home. We explained that I had just had surgery. They went about their cleaning and left the living room, where I was resting, for last. They finally told me that the master bedroom was ready for me as they cleaned the living room and I moved in there. They were perfect and I had a house that sparkled which made me feel better."

"The service has cleaned my home twice the first visit was the deep clean they require. After their “deep ckeaning” my home was still dirty, floors not ckeand and laundry room was not vacuumed or mopped. The cleaners were very nice and rewashed the floors, a quicky job and floors were still dirty, but better than nothing. They also cleaned the laundry room. The second time was awful. The crew left before even offering me a chance for a walk through. My home was not cleaned. Visible areas on the floor a mop did not touch, visible surface dirt was everywhere. There were even Imprints of the cleaners shoes on the floor. Bathtub and sink filthy, spotty dusting even though the areas were uncluttered, appliances only partially cleaned, counters had a chalky film noticeable by touch. I immediately called Molly Maid to express my concerns and sent pictures of the areas in question. It has been over 24 hours and I have not received a follow up call. I have attached just a few pictures to this review depicting the level of clean one can expect from Molly Maid in Winston Salem. I mopped my kitchen floor right after they left, and dumped the dirty mop water in the toilet. I have included a picture of what the mop water looked like, and this was just from the kitchen. I had to mop the entire house refreshing the mop water multiple times; the floors were equally dirty throughout my home. All of these pictures were taken minutes after the cleaners left and sent immediately to Molly Maid. The standard of clean you can expect from Molly Maid of Winston Salem is deplorable."

"I wouldn't hire them again. My parents are elderly and we hired them to clean their home. We had them come about 4 to 5 times . The first time they came of course they did an excellent job. Really took their time and did a great cleaning. After the first visit and we decided to invite them back, the service started to decline. They don't move items on tables and shelves when they dust. They just dust around items. Each time they came, the time spent cleaning went from 2 hours all the way to less than 1 hour on this last visit. They also pulled out the drain plug and damaged it. When my father called, they said they would not repair it. You do not get the value you pay for. We will never use this service again and suggest you look elsewhere for a cleaning service."
