"I usually can’t be bothered to leave a review but I went with my friend to tour this place as as much as I loved the apartment layout it is not worth how awful their management and leasing office there is. Even the people who works there don’t sound like they want to be there. Everything takes so long, you’re better of going somewhere else especially for their apartment rates. If you want any kind of response you need to go there in person it’s impossible to get them to pick up the phone. Edit: how? I’ve left a considerable amount of voicemails and reached out to your regional manager? And you can’t verify me?"

"Borderline impossible to receive a call back or to get someone to answer the phone throughout the duration of hours, had the applications being “processed” since Wednesday and it’s now Tuesday for a 7 month lease that we opted to pay in full at once?? I’m not sure what about that is confusing. Their website is also not up to date with the lease terms that they have to offer nor the units they actually have available"

"I booked a tour, got a confirmation email and wasn’t told until I arrived for my appointment days later that it was a system error and was refused a tour and told to reschedule. I went back two days later for my rescheduled appointment and left before the tour even started. I’m not sure if Yvette is a leasing agent or manger, but she was completely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After seeing her behavior and deciding I would never want to live there I politely told her I would no longer like to take a tour and thanked her. She then proceeded to yell across the leasing office at me and my friend as we left. It was actually crazy. If that’s how potential future residents are treated I can’t imagine how actual residents are treated!!"

"I have never left a review on anything EVER, but please don’t move here. New management drove us away after 3 years. 0 communication between employees in the office and random charges that are difficult to dispute because they never answer the phone and are never available to talk. Not to mention, during our years we had a leak from the apartment above that caused mold in our ceiling that was shrugged off, and significant water damage from a hot water heater that was never assessed after an initial 48 hour dehumidification from another company. (This happened to our neighbor as well). Personal theft, an armed robbery, and gun shots in the apartment above us/parking lot was never a concern to management. If this isn’t enough— the lack of dog waste receptacles and risk of stepping in a surprise when you walk outside should be."
