"I have been a tenant at Souder Properties since 2014. Let me start off by saying, I absolutely love this location! It is only a few short minutes from everything. When my business started it was in one of the smallest offices they had on site. Over time I was easily and effortlessly permitted (when another location would be opened) to transfer to a larger offices. I have been in 3 different offices on this property; each one larger than the last. The management is PHENOMENAL. They are very responsive and prompt at all times. Erika, the leasing manager, is someone I have had the most contact with over the years and I just simply cannot speak highly enough about her. She always goes above and beyond every single time we interact. Everyone at Souder Properties has been FANTASTIC. Believe me, you will love this space just as much as I have! I guarantee, you will NOT regret becoming a tenant here. I cannot speak highly enough of my entire experience I have had at this location since 2014. They have a great computer system you can also input work orders, if needed. Rent can be paid online as well. The entire system, I have had the opportunity to watch it change and grow as well! They are always striving to improve their systems! If I ever needed help with anything, Erika was always right there to help me or to at least direct me to the person I needed to speak with.
